Chalkboard technique
On this ATC I stamped an image on black paper using white pigment ink. Then I coloured over
the image with prismacolor verithin pencils. I didn't wait for the pigment ink to
dry, but the pigment ink didn't smudge. The white lines from the pigment ink is still showing. I finished the ATC by adding card board to create a sturdy backing (kraft card stock) to my ATC.
