From notecard to flip book #2

Hello everyone,

This is another flip book. This flip book is an awesome Winter/holidays flip book or should I say that the theme on this flip is Winter/holidays;) It is made of a notecard with a Winter/holiday theme. Winter is coming, so why not! I do not celebrate these holidays, but I have designer paper in Christmas theme. First I searched for designer papers. I adhered these on the inside of the note card. You can't say, huh:)) I made my ow embellishments using the christmas designer card stocks. I also did a lot of ink embossing on the borders of the note card and the torn pocket. I then added a flap above.

Spica gel pens on the: berries, eye of the bird, snow, snow flocks, candle, pocket on the dress, buttons, bonnets and boots. For Annalee, Sweden.

Fall themed flip book ~ progress

I gathered autumn/fall designer papers, scratch papers, die cuts, an old greeting card in fall theme and washi tape. You can see here and there a some halloween themed images, but that is all part of Autumn. By the way, you can see that these images are not put together to remind someone of halloween. We have cats walking around in Autumn and the dark days remind us of a witch:)

You can see a pocket filled with tags. I still have to make some pockets and I am thinking what and how. That is it for now. Pictures of the finished project on on their way. Thank you for stopping by:))

designer papers
card stock (scratch) ~ brown, orange

More paper scraps

Another card made out of paper scraps. I try to use paper scraps of which I think are too lage to be thrown away. And I enjoy putting the pieces together; it's like putting a puzzle together;)

Designer paper scraps

I am using scraps from the designer paper to make a card. You can use these scraps from designer paper or card stock to make cards or little note cards. It is an easy card, but not less of a joy to put together.

I looked for a matching digital image, which I have coloured a while ago. Very convenient to have coloured digital images or rubber stamped images ready to use or to add to a card;))

Using the acrylic stamps from the collection (Crafter's Companion). I coloured this image a while ago using copic markers. I like these dolls, they are not large and I enjoy colouring them. This is Niam and she is my favourite doll from this collection.

I've found a suitable greeting for Niam and to add to the card.

I cut the drawing and stamped images, adhered the pieces to the card stock and I finished the page with adding highlights and using black ink pad for the edges of the art journal page. I didn't aspect for the page to turn out like this, but I really, really like the page. I am not keeping this art journal page. I will send this art journal page, though. Snail mail flipbook

I really got creative with this flipbook. This lovely air mail flip book is for Dannii. I embellished the pages with designer papers. I also used washi and masking tape. I finished the flip book with cut outs (small butterfly, leaves and pieces of designer papers), die cuts, heat embossing, gold embossing powder, washi stickers, cute scrapbook stickers, drawings from Jadedragonne (deviant art) and coloured with copic markers, adhesive gems, silver brad, adhesive flowers and ribbon. The words hello at 1" and snail mail 1,5" are cut using the Storybook cartridge. The pocket on the front is ink embossed with CTMH ink pad ~  Holiday red, "Date"  stamped with CHTM ink pad ~  black.

The Hat drawin from Jadedragonne (deviant art).

Tea drawing from Jadedragonne (deviant art).

I used Via air mail envelopes and I adhered the flip side to the next envelope and so on up to four envelopes.

This is such a lovely air mail flip book!
