Card Making Challenge #30

This card is based on a card sketch. Besides card stock and designer paper I used Sizzix dies, rhine stones and ribbon to make this cute card;)) The die cut button is so cute! I printed this greeting years ago and I have no idea where I got it from.

Bicycle

When I saw this art journal page swap with the bicycle theme, I had to join. Simply because I have never used the bicycle of the Artfully sent cartridge while numerous times willing to do so:) This was my chance and I know it will not take long and I will cut it again. The bicycle is a beautiful cut out piece of card stock, cut at 4". I guess that the thickness card stock did help. Awesome!

I embossed the edges of the bicycle a little bit to make the bike pop up, after I heat embossed the wheels. To make the bike pop up a little more, I added little pieces of foam tape at the back of the frame from the wheels. I also added cute flowerly doodles. Heat embossing the wheels was an easy, peasy job. Yes, most bicycle have black wheels. Do you agree with me? :))

Pictures? Here are some pictures.

Halloween flip book Spook-tactular!

This is my way to get rid of my halloween embellishments. So these will be my last halloween projects. I love how this flipbook came out. It has a lot of goodies and the pockets also are stuffed with halloween goodies. Created using designer card stock, die cuts, stickers, 3-D die cuts, washi tape. All halloween embellishments. For the closure I used a piece of Velcro, adhered with glue dots. I received these halloween designer papers from swappers in the past and I don't know the brand of these paper. I have also used cut outs of Graphic 45 designer card stock. Just some halloween designer paper left, halloween washi tape and embellishments for one flip book, some handmade greeting cards, postcards or art journal pages. Then I've used all my Halloween papers and embellishments. Using all up! Enjoy!

Pictures taken with gsm. Believe me, the pictures do not do justice to this halloween flip book. I should not have hurried to make these photo's. The flip books looks neat and awesome, even if I have to say it myself;))

Art journal page ~ Coffee

This is a 4x6 art journal page featuring the theme coffee. I found some coffee themes in two magazine, so I cut or torn them out. I also used ACY to cut the big tea/coffee cup. Brown and beige acrylic paints are added for the coffee and with a white gelpen I added the steam above the coffee. With acrylic stamps I added the greeting "coffee, it's all good" on the page. Borders were finished off with CTMH black ink pad. Can you count the cups of coffee on this art journal page;))
