12 Months of tags ~ january winter

I went for a more scrapbooking type of decorated tag. It wasn't for a special reason; it just went that way:) The golden border on the right is ribbon. The edges are distressed with ink.

New year Julie Nutting tag

My Julie Nutting tag measures 8x3" and is made with kraft card stock. I adhered patterned paper to on both sides to create a sturdy base for the decorated tag. I just went on decorating the tag. No special plan was made. I just mixed and matched.

Julie Nutting Banner

This swap gives me another chance to use my Julie Nutting rubber stamps. I choose for the doll Taylor. I totally forgot that I wanted to paper pierce her skirt. Colouring was such fun that I just carried on;)) My attempt not to use to much coordinating colours was a success. Well, Taylor came out gorgeous and the tag is so cute;))

Build a tag journal january ~ winter blues

I coloured the penny blossom digital image years ago;) Finally she is being used. The greetings says "All set for christmas", but I covered "christmas" and added "winter". That suits this decorated winter tag better. It's time for pictures!
