Monthly journal August - second attempt

My second attempt to make an art journal page for Önnela (Estonia). I used acrylic paints, Prismacolor markers, Hero Arts rubber stamp set - owls, a die cut for the branch and bird and stencils for the background.

Monthly Journal - August

I have decided to keep this art journal page for myself, because I really like it:)) I do not make as much pages for myself. I really enjoy swapping; it is a way to explore, create, do the challenges and use all the nice materials and tools that I have. I added glitter on the crown and the hearts. You can see it. I hope you like the page as much as I do; enjoy!

Used materials:
acrylic paints, stencils, Penny Blossom digital image, Stanger pearl pen, white gelpen, Zig wink of Stella brush - clear, Sakura soft souffle - pink.

Another Autumn card

The second card with an Autumn theme for the group Card sharks. I love the Summer, but I also look forward to the fall, I guess:)

Little girl and black out cut at 3", tree cut at 1,5". I stamped and cut the stamped acorn and cut it with scissors.

Used materials:
A Child's Year, Art Philosophy, patterned paper, Close To My Heart "My Acrylix" - C1504, Close To My Heart ink pad - Chocolate, Stampin' Up ink pad - Creamy caramel and Stampin' Up scallop punch.

Autumn theme cards

I set up a swap for the group Card sharks. Maybe I'm looking forward to the Autumn season ... no ... lol. But it is handy to have an autumn card at hand.

How often does it rain in Autumn? Quite a lot:) I decided to use this girl image from the cartridge A child's year. I cut her and the black out at 3". The grass is from the same cartridge and cut at 1,5". The greeting is from Close To My Heart.

Used materials:
A Child's Year, patterned paper, kraft card stock, autumn leaves, Stampin' Up scallop punch and ribbon.

New to Zentangling?

I joint this swap to try zentangle once again. Is has been a while since I explore doodling in this manner. I started right away. Exited as I was I finished the page to find out that my zentangle page did not met the swap description....lol. So I had to start all over again, but I don't regret it. I like my first attempt so much and I am sooooo happy that I can keep this page:) I do have to say that I am also in awe of the other two pages!

Each of these three pages measure 5x5".

Art Journal page - collage

An art journal page measuring 5x5". I used the theme nature and cut out pictures of animals out of a magazine. For Sher, USA.

Summer card

It is time that I give more attention to my Cricut:) I used the Artbooking cartridge and again I've written the measurements, but I guess I've tossed the paper with my notes. Not very smart, but when I am finished with crafting I just want to clean up:) For Lauralee, Canada.
