Two note cards from scraps

I'm not sure whether these are note cards or else. Well, these are cute cards and I made them with card stock and papers left for my previous handmade greeting card project. This post is meant to give you an idea on how I use my scraps, so that they're not left behind waiting in a bucket. I don't post all of my scraps and recycle projects, but most of the time I make little cards to give my scraps a destiny, better than the dustbin💖

Blue and green handmade greeting card

This beautiful card has layers, layers and layers of blue and green card stock and designer card stock. I added a layer of white card stock to blend with the blue and green and somewhat match with the white card stock of the image. The yellow balloon, the purple hair and other accessories also break through the blue and green colours, making the card less strictly based on two colours. Enjoy💕

Handmade colouring book postcard #4

I brought two images together and fit them on the postcard. The mother goose digital image and the digital greeting. I forgot how fun it is to mix and match digital images to create a nice scene. I added some deco masking tape, just for fun;))

Put a "napkin" on it

I am using a napkin, which I recently received in a swap. I had to adhere the napkin with golden matte gel medium. A rubber stamp from the whiff of joy, which I have coloured probably more than a year ago with my copic markers. The greeting on the postcard is stamped using a rubber stamp from viva las vegas. The paws (on the front and back) and the cats on the back of this postcard are also stamped with rubber stamps from viva las vegas. The "My cat licked this stamp" is also stamped with a rubber stamp from viva las vegas. The washing tape is a nice addition to this handmade postcard. All rubber stamps are inked using my memento tuxedo black ink pad. And here is my napkin postcard;)

Adult colouring postcard international #54

I coloured this postcard with my twinmarkers, yes, the very, very cheap markers. I didn't bordered to do shadings, because of the tiny boxes/areas.

I really like colouring with these markers. And I also have a colourless blender and it is of very good quality! I have used it for corrections, as a eraser. I yet have to try it as a blender. I do have to say that I very seldom use any colourless blender, of any brand that I have as a blender. And I don't think I'll make efforts to do so frequently.

Oversized postcard shaped series ~ heart

The heart shape is from ccr using cricut font and basic shapes. The designer card stock gives us a nice artistic background. The designer card stock was not large enough for the shape and I added recycled card stock to fit the heart shape. It is a nice addition to the postcard, I think. The text is handwritten Postcard finished off by ink embossing the edges.
