Notecard #1

It is nice to receive a note card or greeting card. A handmade card makes it more special. I have worked on three greeting cards. This is greeting card #1. I used a lot of card stock. The patterned card stock is a white card stamped with images. That makes a nice design to use as a layer. I received this patterned card stock in a swap.

The image is a digital image from Lady Sunshine ~ Rory sweet urchin and coloured with copic markers. I coloured this image, I guess, longer than a year ago .... I don't know exactly how long, but it has been a while. The card is embellished with die cut and coloured with a wink of stella brush pen. Now I notice that I forgot to add a gem on the flower:( Well... the card is already at the post office ... lol.

A simple white envelope, but to make it match with the card I added a nice sunny face on the envelope with an acrylix stamp and an orange ink pad. The sunny face is an acrylix stamp from Close to my heart. The used ink pad is also from Close to my heart ~ orange.
