My page in a mini art journal

This art journal measures about 5 x 4 inch. Theme: food. I created this page using cut outs from a local supermarket.

Is this even a bookmark?

We use a lot of things in another way then they are meant to use. We do with bookmarks ...

Made with a sodacan.

A sturdy label from new clothes.

Easy made handmade postcards

These cute dolls are cut out from a page of a magazine. Nice for a handmade postcard. I added the flowers and dragonflies.

Cute note cards

Just sharing with you:D

Thank you for your visit!

Mail Art (Fabric)

For the Mail Art  Week 38 (Fabric) swap. I got the fabric as extra from a swapper. I cut the fabric in two pieces to make two postcards. For the first time I used my sewing machine to add stitches to a card. The black and white border is washi or deco tape.

I cut the leaves from a greeting card. It was too nice to throw away :0)

I used a folder from the Veluwe to make this postcard. I just cut the most interesting part of the folder. The back of this postcard ... see the picture here above.... as a real postcard.

Mail Art Mavens Challenge

From the list of suggestions I choose the following six elements to incorporate on my envelope:
- something blue
- polka dots
- the sun
- a cat
- 2 different pieces of washi tape, deco or duct tape
- a quote by Mahatma Gandhi

My partner's favorite colour is deep blue. I looked for deep blue acrylic paint. This is what I have:0)
It is very nice and has a shimmer.

With the papers out of my perforator I created the dots. I used markers to colour them. I symbolized a butterfly with the dots.

For the sun I also used acrylic paint; I also used a CTMH clear stamp.

The cat is also a CTMH clear stamp.
