Well, usually I am not so early making stuff for holidays. Not at all!! I don't like to plan a lot... I like to take life easy as it comes. I still have to plan a little bit .... can't live without any planning nowadays, hahaha.
I had to create three holiday present gift tags for my partner and I struggled with it!! I didn't know which shape, colour or combination. Well, I finally had three tags on my table and they found their way in a cute mail art envelope. Yeah, most of the time I make my envelopes nice ~~ mail art~~. Sharing my tags with you:-)
I used the Art Philosophy cartridge for these two tags. I made tags out of the images: the star and the scalloped circle. For the second tag I also cut out a snowflake with layer. Glued the layer on top of the base and adhered the image in the middle of the star. Nice, isn't it?
And don't you love the cute ribbons? The tags are large enough; about 3".
My favourite tag is the last one. I really did some creativity on this one. I use inks, distressing powders, the Cricut Expression, several cartridges, rubber stamp, clear stamp and ribbon. The base tag is also cut with the Cricut ... hmmm ... I forgot which cartridge. You can find it on several cartridges. It is a real creation and that's what I love about it:-) To be sent today and hoping my partner likes the tags:-)
ahh.. they look really good!! I wished I was as talented as you. no matter how "creative" I try to be, the end product will always be very dull and boring... :( keep up the good job!! ^_^
