Fill an envelope with die cuts

The swap description says we should send a minimum of fifteen (15) die cuts to two swap partners. For me a happy opportunity to play with my Cricut Expression since it is allowed.

It has been years since I've been on my Cricut Expression. And while a lot of people moved on to more recent paper cutting machines, I stuck on the Cricut Expression, which I see as the best of Cricut cutting machines.

For this swap I will create one postcard for one swap partner using at least 7 of the 15 items/ideas listed below. I choose to work with 7 items on the list. The words in read are the items that I choose to use and I will combine these. The list of items/ideas:

The red dots are scraps form the ladybugs. There are more dots on the flower.

Spring is here!

I think Spring is here, but there are entities here blocking the SUN, which surely will have massive consequences, just wait! We have to expect really cold weather Saturday to next week;(( So I don't think I can celebrate. Luckily I can play indoors and watch the SUN coming up now and then.

The layer (designer paper) is an image of the ccr basics. I used the caterpillar image on the Create a critter cartridge and cut the card stock green and yellow at 3,5x1,625". The tulip is cut at 3x3,042". All images are cut with the help of ccr. Yes, ccr is still working, but I too many times I have to do an update and that is a downfall.

Happy (easter) bunnies

This card is featuring a bunny or colours use for easter and/or easter bunnies, but the card does not have to be an easter card. My choice is to use the colours mostly used on easter cards. During the process of creating I thought of different sketches and somehow I wanted to use this cute bunny on the Create a critter cartridge. So here we go. The tag is from the Cricut sampler cartridge using Cricut DesignStudio. CDS is luckily still doing a good job:)
