I recycled a note card and cut an ATC card out of it. I did water colouring (red, purple, yellow, blue) on the white side of the ATC. I rubbed an ink pad on the TOP inside of an embossing folder, laid the ATC in the embossing folder and run it through my big shot machine. The ink transferred to the card stock along with the impression of the embossing folder. I used the inked embossed image as my background.

Ocean ATC inside and out
I recycled an old note card I received from a swapper and cut ATC sized cards out of it. I then us the white side to create my ATC card. This white side apparently has a oily layer, because it doesn't suck up the water very well. So I ended up with white spaces on the back ground, which is surprisingly awesome as it reflects an ocean very well;-D
I stamped the seahorse on it using memento ink and coloured it using a waterbrush pen and the ink of different markers. For the shadings here and there and more dept I used colour pencils. I also added accents of glitter for the finishing touch.
Used:
note card ~ recycled
business envelope ~ recycled
gesso
acrylic paint dabber ~ blue
golden medium acrylic glazing
sweetpea rubber stamp
clear rubber stamps
memento ink pad ~ black
tombow markers
su stampin' write marker
prismacolor premier pencils
white marker
zig wink of stella brush ~ clear
