Cindy Loo Spring card

In an attempt to make more use of my Cricut Expressing I made a Spring card. I used the Cindy Loo cartridge on a 4 x 4.5 inch card. It is a totally Cindy Loo card and for a Spring card I used vivid colours. The big tree and the greeting are on foam tape.

Well, Spring is here, but some real sun is needed, don't you think? It is just the time of the year to cheer yourself up with some pretty flowery cards! :)

Thinking of You

A lovely card with lovely colours. The image on the front of the card is a digital image from Make it crafty. I colored the image a while ago and I don't have a list  of the Copic markers I used.

Birds

My addition to Julie's mini handmade art journal. She prefers the theme: birds
This is a small journal, approximate 6 x 4.5". I borrowed the famous sentence from Paul Laurence Dunbar. Maya Angelou used this sentence also in her poem, which is well known.

Birthday Card with butterflies

Well, here I am again with a last post for today. This handmade card must have a butterfly on it. I used the CTMH Artiste cartridge for the butterfly; an embossing folder, I think it is a Marianne Design folder, a clear stamp for the tag and my corner chomper for the corners. I adhered the embossed card stock and the butterfly on foam tape. Again, no coloring needed. Base card stock, the patterned card stock and the clear stamp are from local stores, no special brand. Destination: USA.

Have you ever

This is a postcard that I made quite a while ago. I supposed to send it to a postcrosser, I think?!? But I finished the postcard today. I just added the bee and the words 'have you ever'.

In the right corner you see a button with a heart. A confession ... no, it is not a brad, but a push pins. I purchased nice push pins and I cut of the tail. There is a little bubble left, but I push it into the material, most of the time it is card board or card stock. I use glue dots to adhere it on the card.

I used SEI paper with a coordinating colour on the reverse. The bee is a digital free image colored with Copic markers.

It is a postcard and I like it when the back looks like a postcard.

I decorated two corners of the postcards. To decorate the corners I used my crop-a-dile corner chomper; I used the deco cut to punch the postcard.

I love these SEI papers; the nice flowers and the vivid colours make me happy:))
Enjoy!

B&W Sketch Handmade Note Card

It is all black & white. Such a beautiful combination! We can use on of three sketches; I choose the second sketch, because it has a circle in it and I love to other forms than rectangles. This card is going to the US. The vntage sewing machine is a rubber stamp from Vivas Las Vegastamps. No need to use markers this time^-^

Here's my B&W card:

I cut the tag by hand and wrote "you are sew nice" on the tag. That's it!
Enjoy this beautiful Sunday!♥

12 Months of Halloween Card Swap - March

For the 12 months of Halloween I created this card. I used a rubber stamp from sweetpea stamps and colored it with my Copics. The cut outs are from two cartridges and using my Cricut Expression. Rubber stamp "Boo" is from company Vivas Las Vegastamps. Destination: Canada.

Fake it till you make it

I joined the art journal page swap for February. The size of the page is 8,5x11". I took a page of a magazine and added approx. 1" to it. I used stencils, white gesso, acrylic paint, rubber stamps, clear stamps and ink pads to create this mixed media page. To make the page sturdy I added paper and tape on the back.

February's theme for the art journal page is "Fake it till you make it". On the page you see the image with make up and a faded image of her nature self. Lovely how her eyes looks so different. Destination: USA. Enjoy your weekends, everyone^-^.
